No "one" individual can take credit for the success of Future Hospitality Leaders of America. It is ultimately the members that take the organization and propel it to the success we have seen over the last few years. There are times when guidance is necessary, even in the presence of phenomenal leaders.

 

Executive Board

Every year the members of FHLA elect the individuals who serve on their Executive Board. In past years, the Executive Board was comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Faculty Advisor served as an Ex-officio member of the Executive Board. Upon reviewing the direction of FHLA, the Executive Board has been re-designed to reflect the strategic goals of FHLA. Starting in August of 2014, the Executive Board will consist of the following offices:

These leadership changes more accurately reflect the vision of FHLA as we continue to Build our Legacy. 

 

Joint Leadership Committee

 

The Joint Leadership Committee is comprised of FHLA members who have a strong desire to provide leadership to FHLA in a non-Executive Board role. These dedicated individuals show promise and determination in assisting with promoting the golas and vision of FHLA. The Joint Leadership Committee is overseen by the Executive Board and consists of the following roles:

• Committee Member Leads (up to 13)

• Ex-Officio Members (Executive Board)

 

Past Presidents' Council

 

The Past Presidents' Council is comprised of Past FHLA Presidents. These indivduals have a continued vested interest in the success of FHLA.
