Aspire Point Rewards Program - The program that rewards you for your participation... Future Hospitality Leaders of America is committed to rewarding its members for their involvement in various capacities. In conjunction with this year’s theme, “Aspire to Inspire,” the Executive Board has developed the Aspire Point Rewards Program. The program was designed to maximize the rewards that members reap as a result of their involvement. In the past, the top twelve to fifteen members with the highest number of points were eligible to attend the International Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Show in New York or the National Restaurant Show in Chicago. There were no rewards for the other members. With the Aspire Point Rewards Program, every member who volunteers their time to FHLA will be rewarded. Points are accumulated during the year and rewarded at the end of the school year according to the following matrix:

 

 

 

Entry Level 25-75 points   Certificate of Achievement

Supervisory Level 80-155 points   Certificate of Achievement Qualifying for IHMRS/NRA Shows

Management Level 160-260 points   Certificate of Achievement Qualifying for IHMRS/NRA Shows President's Honors Luncheon

Director Level 265-395 points   Plaque of Certification Qualifying for IHMRS/NRA Shows President's Honors Luncheon

President Level 400+ points   Plaque of Certification Qualifying for IHMRS/NRA Shows President's Honors Luncheon
